TSB Mobile consists of two versions: Web Mobile Banking which is web based and SMS Text Mobile Banking which is text messaging based. There is no need to download applications or software to your mobile device to use TSB Mobile. TSB’s Web Mobile Banking product allows you to view your Tioga State Bank account balances and transaction history, transfer funds between accounts, pay bills to existing payees, and view alerts. TSB’s Text Mobile Banking product allows you to view your account balances and transaction history.
In order to use TSB’s Web Mobile product, you need to be an active TSB Online user, have a web-enabled mobile device whose network allows secure SSL traffic and can send and receive text messages, and a text messaging plan for your mobile device. Please remember that your individual mobile device provider fees and texting fees will apply.

To enroll for either or both of TSB’s Mobile Banking products, simply:
- Login to TSB Online
- Select the Options tab
- Select the Mobile Settings option
- Click on Web Mobile Settings to enroll for the web based mobile application
- Click on Text Mobile Settings to enroll for the text based mobile application
- Follow the steps indicated
For TSB Web Mobile Banking, upon enrollment of your mobile device telephone number, you will receive the appropriate link, https://www.airteller.com/tiogabank, to allow you to login to TSB Mobile Banking.
For TSB Text Mobile Banking, use the following text commands:
- Bal = All Account Balances
- Bal Account Name = Single Account Balance
- Hist = All Accounts Recent Activity
- Hist Account Name = Single Account Activity
- Help = Commands
- Stop = Cancel
