Know your Tioga State Bank Debit Card PIN for when you need it!

Financial institutions are seeing an increase in fraudulent debit card transactions. As a community bank, we often serve as the first line of defense in ensuring the privacy and protection of customers’ financial information. As a result, we are taking extra precautions to protect our customers against debit card fraud.

We have placed authorization blocks on certain merchants and locations to help ensure customer protection. The block requires transactions to be processed as ‘pin-based’ versus signature, requiring a customer to enter the PIN number attached to the card. This provides another level of protection to the debit card user. Therefore, it is vital that customers know their TSB Debit Card PIN.
