As part of the new CARES stimulus program, the Payment Protection Program, is a federal loan program to help small businesses who have been severely impacted by COVID-19.


We will be offering these loans. As the recipient of the SBA Southern Tier Small Community Lender of the Year, we are here to help you navigate this loan process. We anticipate the federal government receiving an overabundance of interest in these new programs; let our experts help.

Applying for the Loan

Paycheck Protection Program Documentation Checklist

In preparation, please gather the following documents:

  • Completed SBA Application
  • Entity Documents
  • Copies of all owners ID
  • Payroll expenses
    • 2019 IRS form 940 & 941 (All four quarters)
    • 2019 Quarterly NYS-45 (All four quarters)
    • 2019 Payroll Summary Report
    • Supporting Retirement/Medical costs (if included in your payroll costs)
    • Independent Contractors: 2019 1099s
    • Self Employed Applicants: 2019 Schedule C Page 1 & 2

A personal loan applicant must reside in the Southern Tier of New York State or Northern Tier of Pennsylvania.
