Combat Fraud with TSB Debit Card Services
  1. Check your Bank Statements It’s easy to check your bank statements with just a click of a button. By Enrolling in eStatements, you can look for suspicious activity on a regular basis.
  2. Sign up for Text Alerts With TSB’s SMS Guardian Text Alert Service, you can stop fraudulent debit card activity immediately. You will receive text alerts for every purchase made with your TSB Debit Card, enabling you to identify and stop unauthorized purchases.
  3. Freeze your Debit Card when your not using it Debit Card Freeze is an option for Tioga State Bank customers to temporarily suspend their TSB ATM or Debit Card using the TSB Mobile App. While frozen, any new purchases, withdrawals, or balance transfers will not be authorized. This enhanced security feature can be activated whenever and however long you want to keep the card unusable. The card can be unfrozen at any time.
