What inspired you to start your business?
Starting a business was not even on our radar; however, the opportunity presented itself and we jumped!
What products / services do you offer?
We are a full service restaurant and catering company.
What is something that your business is known for, that sets you apart from other competitors?
I’d like to think that our quick service and customer service sets us apart.
What has been your business’ proudest moment?
With the help of our customers and staff, in 2017, we were able to raise over $20,000 for LOCAL non-profits.

What has been the biggest risk you ever took for your business?
Our biggest risk was opening a business in Owego. At the time there were lots of naysayers who tried to dissuade us.
Tell us something interesting / fun about your business.
The most fun has been getting to know our customers by name and becoming a part of this community.
What’s the most popular product that you sell?
We have 2: Chicken Tarragon Salad Sandwich served on a baguette and Spicy Turkey Panini (turkey, cheddar, bacon sriracha 100 island).
What’s your best advice for someone who wants to start their own business?
Don’t be afraid of hard work and love what you do!!
