E-Cash Management Service

With E-Cash Management, in the comfort of your own office, any time of day, you can initiate ACH transactions and transfer funds by wire anywhere in the world. You can simplify your payroll process by uploading batches of ACH files for automatic direct deposit into as many as 15,000 different payee accounts.

In addition to Tioga State Bank’s standard E-Cash Management Service, two additional features are available which allow you to add additional layers of security, providing you with peace of mind while you complete your business banking conveniently from your place of business:

Positive Pay:

Positive Pay is an add-on feature to Tioga State Bank’s E-Cash Management Service to help deter check fraud for your business. With Positive Pay, the customer provides TSB with a list of checks the bank is authorized to pay. TSB uses that list and compares it to checks presented for payment at the bank. When the checks are presented to TSB, they are verified to determine if the information provided by the customer matches the information presented to the bank. Violations may occur when the information provided does not correspond to the information provided for instances including: if the item has not been issued, has already been cleared, has been voided, is stale dated, is dormant, the amount does not match the issued amount, or a stop payment has been entered. During the day, incoming transactions are monitored for Positive Pay violations. All Positive Pay violations are added to an exception file. The customer will have the opportunity to perform maintenance on the exception file during the day and edit items as needed. Customers can also print reports during the day to view all positive pay violations.

Of course, you can always check your balances, transfer funds, and make loan payments anytime until 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. And you can view and print statements and download to your money management software at your convenience.
