In order to complete our secure application for a personal loan product, you must meet the following requirements:

must be 18 years old or over and

  • reside in the Southern Tier of New York or Northern Tier of Pennsylvania
  • or became a customer of Tioga State Bank while residing in those areas
  • or is otherwise known to Tioga State Bank
For consumers within our market area, you can also apply in person. Our lending experts will meet with you at your home, place of business, a Tioga State Bank office or any other location convenient for you.
