Eric Zwierlein
Mortgage Originator
Eric Zwierlein started at Tioga State Bank as a Customer Service Representative back in 2016. Two years later, Eric joined the Loan Department as a Loan Processor. Then in 2020, he accepted the role of Mortgage Originator Assistant. This experience has allowed him to closely observe and learn what makes an effective Originator.
Earlier this year, Eric was promoted to Mortgage Originator, serving the mortgage needs of our Waverly and Spencer communities.

Golfing or spending time with my two sons, Marshall & Winston.

Genuine, thoughtful, & bright.
Which TSB Core Value is your favorite and why?
My favorite core value is “Seek Knowledge”. From day 1, TSB has allowed me to ask questions and learn. Which has in turn created opportunities for growth within the company. I still feel like I learn something new every day and I hope that continues for as long as I am with TSB.
What difference from your previous position are you looking forward to in your new position?
Working directly with the customers. In my previous support role, I was more behind the scenes. As a Mortgage Originator, I am excited to directly assist our customers in the home buying process.
