You may be familiar with the ATMs at TSB’s Drive-Ups. Well, get ready for new and improved Drive-Up Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs), coming soon to an office near you!

What is an ITM?

An ITM, or Interactive Teller Machine, has the functionality of a regular ATM but has one big difference – the ability to speak face-to-face with a live TSB personal banker through video chat.

Through our new ITMs, you can interact one-on-one with a relationship banker through real-time video, performing virtually every transaction you normally enter the branch to do. You can also utilize more Tioga State Bank services that you couldn’t otherwise get from an ATM. From the comfort of your car, you’ll have the ability to

get cash back in denominations of your choosing
access all your accounts
make deposits with cash back
and much more!

Extended Hours: ITM representatives are available Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM.

An ITM can also be used as a normal ATM, just insert your debit card. Don’t have your debit card? No problem. TSB’s interactive teller can use your ID to verify your identity and look up your account. During non-business hours, the ITM functions as an ATM.

Benefits of Using an ITM

Extended hours. A TSB personal banker will be available to assist you at each ITM Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
Convenience – TSB ITMs are coming to all drive-up ATM locations. Customers can stay in their vehicle and still get the personal touch of going into the bank.
Empowered customer experience – Unsure how to complete a transaction at a regular ATM? The virtual teller can walk you through the transaction so you know how to do it on your own next time.
No debit card needed – If your card is lost, stolen or even if you don’t have one, you can use the ITM. The virtual teller is able to use other methods to verify your identity.
