What is an ITM

An ITM is an Interactive Teller Machine. ITMs allow you to speak face-to-face with a live TSB specialist on a video screen who will help you with your banking needs. You get the same in-office personal service from our tellers in a simpler, more convenient, & secure way. TSB ITMs can also be used as a traditional ATM.

How do ITMs work?

Simply touch the screen to get started. You can use the ITM as an ATM or press the “Talk to Teller” button and a TSB personal banker will appear onscreen to assist you.  It’s that easy!

What are the benefits of using an ITM?
  • Extended hours. A TSB personal banker will be available to assist you at each ITM Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
  • Convenience – TSB ITMs are coming to all drive-up ATM locations. Customers can stay in their vehicle and still get the personal touch of going into the bank.
  • Empowered customer experience – Unsure how to complete a transaction at a regular ATM? The virtual teller can walk you through the transaction so you know how to do it on your own next time.
  • No debit card needed – If your card is lost, stolen or even if you don’t have one, you can use the ITM. The virtual teller is able to use other methods to verify your identity.
What's the difference between an ITM and an ATM?

An ITM allows you to talk face-to-face with a local TSB teller throughout your entire banking process. Also, an ITM lets you utilize more Tioga State Bank services, like cashing a check, making loan payments, withdrawals, deposits, exchanging bills, and more — with the convenience of not having to leave your car.

What type of transactions can I do at an ITM?

Most in-person teller transactions can be done at an ITM, including:

  • Provide account balances
  • Cash withdraws up to $3000 in denominations of your choosing
  • Check/Cash Deposits
  • Safety deposit box payments
  • Club deposits
  • IRA deposits (Current and Prior Year)
  • Loan Payments
  • Currency Exchanges for Customers and Noncustomers
  • Transfers internally as well as person-to-person transfers
  • Reset online banking passwords.
  • Place blocks on debit cards and order new debit cards as needed

Drive-up Interactive Teller Machines will soon be available at all of our office locations. Currently, you can find an ITM at the following locations:

Why is TSB using ITMs?

Are ITMs replacing TSB employees?

No. When you use a TSB ITM, you will be served by a local TSB employee working remotely from a TSB office location. The TSB Customer Service Center and in-office tellers are available to assist you as well.
