SPENCER, NEW YORK – Tioga State Bank is pleased to announce that Joanne Jones has joined the Bank’s commercial lending team.
Joanne joins Team TSB with over 25 years of commercial lending experience. Growing up with her father being a small business owner in the Binghamton area, she knows the meaning of hard work and what it takes for a small business to succeed in our community. Joanne’s local market knowledge and experience, go hand-in-hand with Tioga State Bank’s commitment to serving the needs of small businesses in our community.
In her role, as Commercial Services Officer, Joanne will help small businesses find banking solutions that meet their specific and individual needs.
She also serves on the board for Fairview Recovery Services and is a part of the City of Binghamton Business Plan Competition Judging Panel.
