Debit Card Lock
Enjoy enhanced security with Debit Card Lock. TSB Debit Card users can now lock, or disable, or unlock, or reactivate, anytime. When your card is locked, any new purchases, withdrawals, or balance transfers will not be authorized. This enhanced security feature can be activated whenever and for however long you want to keeps the card unusable.
How to lock or unlock your card in Online Banking:
- Log in to Online Banking.
- From the Card Management Card, click on the debit card you would like to lock/unlock.
- Use the slider bar to lock/unlock the card. The button will show green when your card is active and white/gray when the account is locked.
- Alternatively, you can click on the checking account the card is linked to and go into Card Management. This will allow you to lock/unlock your debit card as well.
How to lock or unlock your card on the TSB Mobile App:
- Log in to the TSB mobile app.
- From the Card Management Card, click on the debit card you would like to lock/unlock
- Use the slider bar to lock/unlock the card. The button will show green when your card is active and white/gray when the account is locked.
- Alternatively, you can click on the checking account the card is linked to and go into Card Management. This will allow you to lock/unlock your debit card as well
The TSB mobile app also allows you to activate and deactivate credit or debit cards from the dashboard. To add the Card Management card to the dashboard, scroll to the bottom of the dashboard and select Organize Dashboard > Add Cards.
Online Banking inactivity fee of $5.oo, assessed after 90 days of inactivity, applied per month inactive.
The TSB Mobile app is free to download. Your mobile carrier may charge access fees depending upon your individual plan. Web access is needed to use TSB Mobile. Check with your carrier for specific fees and charges. Some mobile features may require additional setup through TSB Online.
