In order to complete our secure application for a personal loan product, you must meet the following requirements:
must be 18 years old or over and
- reside in the Southern Tier of New York or Northern Tier of Pennsylvania
- or became a customer of Tioga State Bank while residing in those areas
- or is otherwise known to Tioga State Bank
